| GENERAL: Prices in US dollars for US stamps in sound condition, unless noted specifically as having faults. Shipment is made via first-class mail or via airmail in the case of international customers. Payment can made via personal check, money order, cashier's check, cash, visa, or mastercard. I do not accept paypal. In the case a new customer, shipment may be delayed 7-10 days while waiting for a personal check to clear. Most orders are shipped within 7 days of receiving the order. The catalog numbers come from the 2006 Scott US Specialized catalog, and for new issues, from the Scott Stamp Monthly journal. The catalog values referred to are from the 2007 Scott Volume I, or the 2006 Scott US Specialized, for those items not valued in Volume I. Minimum order $10.00 please.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: Stamps may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt, as long as they are received back here in the same condition that they were in when sent. Returns of mint stamps should be made in a "flat" rather than a #6 3/4 or #10 envelope. Flats (oversized envelopes) are handled more gently by the USPS, insofar as they are not subjected to the rough handling that can sometimes occur with the USPS' machinery used for the standard-sized envelopes. The return privilege is extended automatically for those stamps which you submit to the PF or PSE for expertization, as long as you notify me within 30 days of receipt. The customer is liable for loss of or damage to stamps in transit returned to Craig Selig. VALIDITY: Items in the photolist are unique and are subject to prior sale. Prices subject to change without notice. Normally all the prices are current, but exceptions do occur from time to time. Regular pricelist items may be sold out as well, although every effort is made to maintain a complete inventory and a current pricelist. I cannot be responsible for typographical erors made on the website or pricelists. If you think you have found such an errror, I would appreciate it if you would let me know that there appears to be a mistake. | |||||||||||||||||||
| SHIPPING / POSTAGE: Shipping and handling is free for those items which fit in a 6" x 9" envelope and are sent to a U.S. address. I need to charge $2.00 for shipping of sheets and other large items sent to U.S. addresses. For stationary, exact postage is charged, usually ranging from $2.00 to $4.50 sent to U.S. addresses. I charge actual postage costs for orders shipped to foreign addresses. |
