As is typical of postal disinformation, the card states the APC is open 24 hours.
This might be the case where the lobby is open 24 hours,
but such is no longer the case here at the Fort Wayne main post office,
where the lobby is locked from midnite to 5 am daily,
in order that the homeless not make the PO lobby their nightly home,
or so I was privately told.
